Developing as an Adult Part II
Your childhood was probably structured and planned out for you. Now you are on your own to navigate the complexities in your professional & personal life, which school never prepared you for. Allow me to introduce you to Adult Development Theory.
In this lesson, you will learn:
- What stages of adult development you are in (and what that even means)
- How adults think in this stage
- What are the limitations you could be facing
You’ll finish this lesson understanding yourself & others better, and slowly begin to rise above your issues and overcome them with an understanding that you previously did not have.

LESSON 8
Adaptive vs. Technical Challenges: Why Change Can Be Difficult
Technical challenges can be solved using existing know-how. Adaptive challenges, on the other hand, are harder as we are part of the problem.
In this lesson, you’ll learn:
- How to search for the solutions that lie deep within you
- That nothing changes in the world - all that changes is the lens to how we see things
- How automatic behavior patterns sometimes restrict us from analyzing things deeper
You’ll finish this lesson understanding that the key to your growth is not always learning new skills, but rather raising your self-awareness and viewing the world through a new lens.

LESSON 12
Changing Behaviors Effectively Part II
Limiting beliefs, habits and behaviors, originating in your formative years, may block you from transforming or growing. In this lesson, you'll learn:
- What behaviors you find yourself doing that are not working
- What values are at play and whether there is a conflict in values that is not serving you
- How to transform limiting beliefs to empowering ones and choose new behaviors
You’ll finish this lesson understanding what beliefs have helped you in your life, and how they subsequently limit you. This will allow you to become consciously aware of the root cause of your problems and then to have the ability to grow from these learnings.

Moving Into Higher Stages of Awareness
Understanding what stage of adult development you are in is not enough. If the complexity in your life calls for transformation, this lesson will help you explore just that. Here you'll learn:

- How to raise your self-awareness from one stage to the next using easy frameworks
- What questions you need to ask yourself to change the way you think
